Kim’s early career consists of over a decade of talent acquisition consulting experience where she interfaced with global executives at Cisco Systems, McKesson, Arthur J. Gallagher, Human Capital Institute, Bristol Meyers-Squibb, QAD and more. Kim has developed outstanding negotiation skills while respectfully negotiating many corporate client service agreements as well as numerous candidate employment offers with emphasis on negotiating details surrounding all types of executive compensation and benefits packages. Always working as a “Dual Agent” representing both the client company and the candidate she just recruited, Kim negotiated 100’s of successful employment contracts and placements.
Kim attended the University of Nebraska at Omaha and majored in Psychology. As a seventh generation Nebraskan, Kim knows the region very well and through her career experience, she has contacts across the globe.
