About Me
Scott is an experienced real estate agent, real estate investor, and advisor, helping clients build wealth through buying and selling real estate property and growing their real estate portfolio.
Scott’s financial and analytical background, status as a Berkshire Hathaway Home Service Ambassador Commercial Real Estate agent, and personal portfolio consisting of more than 20 rental properties, uniquely positions Scott to assist clients with navigating all aspects of their real estate journey from beginning to end.
Scott works with business owners and operators in assisting their search for new locations, some larger and some smaller, facilitating the purchase, sale, and/or leasing of commercial real estate.
Scott has an Undergraduate degree (BSBA) in Insurance/Finance along with a Master’s in Business Administration (MBA) in with a concentration in Finance from The University of Hartford.
Prior to living in Omaha, Scott worked in the Healthcare Industry for 10+ years as a Financial Underwriter, focusing on utilizing his analytical and financial skills to place profitable business with a variety of Insurance Carriers. Scott’s focus was on administering Group Health Insurance (i.e., Medical, Dental, Life and Disability) for larger employers.
Scott moved from Hartford, CT to Omaha, NE 19 years ago, and worked in the Insurance Industry as a Consultant for larger employers, including non-profits and governments.
Scott resides in West Omaha, NE with his Spouse, Jill, Daughter Amanda (age 21) Senior at Kansas University, and Lola, a 2-year-old Maltese/Shih Tzu Mix. His son Jake, (age 24), was also a graduate from Kansas University, and resides in IL, and he works for Werner Trucking as a Supply Chain Manager.
Scott’s hobbies are playing golf, exercise, swimming, watching sports, playing poker, taking walks and hanging out with friends and family.
